By booking a session at Alinéa Pilates, you accept the following conditions:

Payments and Refunds

All sessions and packages must be paid in full before the first session. Packages and subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases provided for by the Quebec Consumer Protection Act (e.g.: health problem with medical certificate).
