Cancellation Policy

# BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY By booking a session at **Pilates Alinea**, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the following conditions. ### 1. Booking Sessions All sessions must be booked in advance, subject to studio availability. Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person. A **valid credit card must be registered on file at the time of booking** to confirm your reservation. ### 2. Cancellation and Modification Any cancellation or modification of a booking must be made **at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time**. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the session will be considered a **late cancellation** and will result in the loss of the session. The session cannot be rescheduled or refunded. In the event of cancellation by the studio, the session will be rescheduled free of charge. ### 3. Deposit, Payment, and Credit Card on File A **$20 deposit is required at the time of booking** to confirm your session. This amount will be deducted from the total price of the class. The remaining balance must be paid **immediately at the end of the session**. Accepted payment methods are: * cash; * Interac e-Transfer; * credit card. The credit card on file also serves as **a guarantee of payment**. If payment is not received at the end of the session, particularly if the payment method is forgotten, **the client authorizes Pilates Alinea to charge the outstanding balance to the credit card on file**. ### 4. Lateness and No-Shows Sessions begin at the scheduled time. In case of lateness, the session will end at the originally scheduled time so as not to affect subsequent appointments. A delay of more than **10 minutes** may result in being refused entry to the session, without the possibility of a refund or rescheduling. Any absence without prior notice will be considered a **no-show**. In the event of a no-show, the **$20 deposit is non-refundable** and the session will be considered used. ### 5. Client Commitment By booking a session, the client acknowledges being in a physical condition that allows them to practice Pilates and agrees to inform the instructor of any injury, pain, medical condition, or change that may affect their practice. The client agrees to abide by the safety instructions given during the sessions.
